The room was clean. It was spaced well. Staff left treats for my girlfriend's birthday. This was a nice surprise. The staff was nice overall. I refilled drinking water at the reception with no issues.

I found the area not feel safe at night. It was also very noisy. This made rest difficult. The street noise was a disturbance.

i appreciated the central location, close to shopping and dining. the staff were very friendly and helpful . my bedroom was good, and i found the location to be perfect. i also felt safe in the multicultural neighborhood, with kids playing outside until late.

the room was quite small, and i noticed a slight odor that reminded me of chlorine and cat urine, possibly coming from the shower area.

the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful . the rooftop pool was a nice addition and provided a great way to cool down (it wasn't too crowded either). my room was clean, and i found the bed to be very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
